New page added which shows a summary of the current Glen Vine weather from our own Davis Instruments Vantage Pro2 weather station.

Media server is now SSL secured so there should not be any further issue with live streams not playing because of apparent insecure content.

Apologies, it has taken a while but apparently this issue is down to our media server being classed as insecure, i.e. no SSL cert. Chrome and more recently the new Edge browser block by default page content from what they class as insecure sources. While we work on securing the media server to avoid this issue, should you wish to continue viewing the live feeds you can change your browser settings for the MANXGW.COM website…

Enabling mixed content in your browser…
Click the lock or caution icon, then click Site settings.
Scroll to Insecure content, then use the drop-down list to change Block (default) to Allow.

Live streams are not available at the moment.
The reason is being investigated and normal service will be restored as soon as possible.
Update 11:33 issue seems to be with Chrome browser. Firefox & Edge working OK

New Hikvision IPC-B140H-M ip camera installed by garden wildlife pond ready for frog “invasion” February if last year is anything to go by!

As we learn of other wildlife live streams outside of our own garden we will add them to our Outside the Garden page subject to receiving permission from the stream owner(s).

What started of with just a camera on a seed feeder has progressed through the addition of camera equipped conventional nest box, hedgehog house, side view nest box and now a camera overlooking our wildlife pond so thought it was about time we had a new web site covering all the aspects of the wildlife in our garden.
